FCT researcher (PhD at the University of Milan). His work focused on compliance with EU policies, the Europeanisation of national legislation, legislative studies and policy agendas. He published on various academic journals such as Party Politics, European Union Politics, Journal of European Public Policy and South European Society and Politics. He is currently the principal investigator for the Project “Portuguese Parliament: Agenda-setting and Lawmaking” financed by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (IF/00382/2014). He is also one of the coordinators of the Italian and Portuguese policy agendas projects (www.comparativeagendas.net).
